Yakup Kepenek

After graduating from the Faculty of Law of Ankara University and having PhD in economics at New York University,  Kepenek had  joined to the Department of Economics (& Statistics at that time) of  METU-Middle East Technical University in 1971. He established METU-Science and Technology Policy Studies, a graduate program,  in 1997 and headed it until 2001. After his retirement, he has taught at NCC-Northern Cyprus Campus of METU during two academic years of  2008-2010 where this work was completed.
